Yes! We offer free delivery, setup, and pickup within our standard service area. Deliveries outside that area may have a small travel fee. 

• FREE delivery within 10 miles of 78245. 
• $25 for 10–20 miles. 
• $50 for 20–30 miles. 
• $75 for 30–40 miles. 
• Over 40 miles: custom quote. 
• Table & chair setup FREE
• Tent setup FREE
• Breakdown/pickup FREE
• After-hours pickup (after 9 PM) $25–$50 if needed
• Stairs (multiple flights) $25+ per flight
• Long carry (more than ~100 feet) $25+ if applicable

Reserve online or contact us by phone or text. A reservation is confirmed once your deposit or payment has been received. 

Weather happens! We work with customers to reschedule whenever possible. Refund and cancellation policies depend on the type of equipment rented and when we're notified. 

We deliver before your event begins and pick up after it ends or the following day, depending on the rental package and schedule.  

No major cleaning is required. Just remove trash, food, and personal belongings. We'll handle the normal cleaning and sanitizing. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other secure online payment options. Payment details will be provided during booking. 

Absolutely! As long as the items are available, you can add tables, chairs, tents, yard games, concession machines, coolers, speakers, and more before your event. 

 Yes! Every item is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before every rental to ensure it's safe and ready for your event.
